Welcome to our little corner of heaven. We hope you find our community everything you imagined it to be. If you've never lived in a community governed by an homeowner's association, then let us explain. The HOA is governed by a set of rules and covenents, like a business. We have a budget and a board of directors that represent the community and its residents. The legal documents other BOD documents can be found on the HOA Information page. The Board of Directors meeting are open to residents and are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00PM. An annual meeting is held to elect board members, review the upcoming budget and present important initiatives to the residents.
If you require an estoppel letter, please refer to our Contact Us page.
Committees have been established by our community to help manage the property and maintain our community standards. Any residents may volunteer for any open seat on a committee. Any change to the exterior of your home, front or back must be approved by the Architectural review Committee. Submissions can be submitted to any member or mailed to the HOA. Details regarding the Architectural Review Committee and all our committees can be found on the Committee Membership page.
