Committees

Thanks to all the people that volunteer their time to participate on a committee to help our neighborhood remain a great place to live. Below are the committees and current membership.

If you would like to participate on a committee, please send us an email.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC):

The ARC is responsible to review and maintain the community standards established by the homeowners of Belle Glen. Any changes to the exterior of one’s home should be submitted in writing to the ARC for approval prior to beginning the work. This includes, but is not limited to: Painting, pool or fence installation, or construction.

Requests can be dropped off at the Belle Glen HOA mailbox at 5602 Glencrest Blvd. or you may contact any of the ARC members. All requests must be in writing and will be addressed expeditiously. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the ARC to respond.

ARC members include:

Damian Presiga, Lily Mejias, Lori Hawley

Standards Committee:

The Standards Committee is charged with task of maintaining the outward appearance of our community and the ability of each resident to enjoy their home free of unsightly or diminished surroundings. Ideally each resident will make timely repairs and maintenance of ones home and surroundings a priority. Occasionally, it is necessary to bring such items to the attention of the homeowner to insure that a certain level of appearance is maintained. The Standards Committee members make quarterly walks through the community for evaluation purposes. In the event there is an area of concern, a letter is sent out by the property manager to the homeowner addressing the issue(s). A sufficient period of time is allocated to make the repairs or improvement(s). In the event more time is needed, residents may contact the property manager to discuss the matter.

Standard Committee members include:

Jeff Zucco, Ryan Forrester, Mari Fernandez, Susan Roberts

Peer Review Committee:

The Peer Review Committee (PRC) assists the Standards committee and the BOD in determining if a complaint meets the merits of our community or not. If a complaint is made to the BOD and the Board is unable to determine if the alleged violation adheres to our standards, then the Board may activate the PRC to provide an opinion. The PRC is made up of our community members with the desire to interpret our standards fairly.

Peer Review Committee members include:
